A Three-Stage Pathway to Enterprise
Every stage is designed to meet people where they are — building safety, skills, and enterprise capability in a culturally governed environment.
How it works

Safety House
Stabilisation & Entry Point
Safety House is the entry point to the AAEF pathway. It is not public emergency accommodation — it is a structured stabilisation program for Aboriginal adults who are ready to begin the journey toward enterprise but need a safe, culturally governed environment to do so.
Safety House provides the foundation of stability that makes everything else possible. Without safety, learning cannot occur. Without stability, enterprise cannot grow.
What Safety House provides:
- Culturally safe environment for stabilisation
- Assessment and readiness for the pathway
- Connection to cultural governance and Elders
- Transition planning into Life Skills Retreat
- Trauma-informed support and case coordination
- Community accountability frameworks
Life Skills Retreat
12-Week Residential Program
The Life Skills Retreat is a 12-week residential program built around a 17-person community model. Participants live and learn together, developing the practical skills, cultural identity, and personal resilience needed to enter the enterprise pathway.
